Shipping & Payment
1. Estimated delivery/Shipping times
A. Singapore Orders:
1. Stock items (Some Jewelry collection like Bracelets, Hairbands, Hair grips etc)
a) Non-registered normal mail ( 2 to 5 weeks). No tracking. Store not responsible for missing and/or damages during shipping.
b) SmartPack (2 to 3 days) for small items. Tracking available.
c) SpeedPost for for slightly bulk items (2 to 3 days). Tracking available.
2. Non-Stock items (All other collections)
Overseas Shipping times 3-8 weeks will apply
2. Overseas/ International Orders
a) SpeedPost (1 to 5 weeks depending upon destination Country). Tracking available to most Countries.
b) International customers are responsible to comply with relevant regulations, laws in their Country especially on Customs duty /Taxes, VAT payments, import licences, customs clearance etc
It does not matter what payment mode buyers choose, kindly note order processing will commence only upon receiving payment into Trendy Smilez Bank account.
We use Paypal, which is well known for safe and secure online payments Worldwide.
If you have Paypal Account, proceed directly. Otherwise, you may use PayPal Guest checkout. It takes only a couple of minutes to create Paypal account and make payment through Visa / Mastercard Debit card or Credit Card.
B. Bank transfer/ATM transfer (For Singapore Customers only)
When you choose this option, after we verify your details, we will email Trendy Smilez Bank Account number to customers. Kindly note orders will not be processed, until monies are received in Trendy Smilez bank account.
C. Cash and Carry (For Singapore Customers only)
When you choose this payment method, please note it is subject to Trendy Smilez management's prior approval which will be on case to case basis. We will notify you via email on approval status and pick up location. When approved, customer has to ensure cash is handed over to the delivery person prior to receiving the package or at the time of delivery of package.
Kindly note for Cash and Carry method, we may charge additional 5% on total cart value S$, which will be notified in our approval status email to customers. If customers accept, then we will proceed with order processing. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
4. Buying and Check out
a) After placing items in the Card, If item is a GIFT then tick the relevant box.
c) Please check shipping cost is in there as as per Shipping type selected by you.
d) Click 'Complete Order' and proceed with Payment
