Returns/Refunds/Cancellation: 

Please note our no cancellation, no returns and no refunds policy for confirmed orders or products purchased on trendysmilez.com online store.

However, following exceptions apply only for approved Returns by Trendy Smilez in writing. 

USA, UK & Europe customers:

Only for USA, UK & Europe customers, our returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase or since receiving the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that customer, buyer has received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Due to personal hygiene and health reasons, we will not resell especially following "Returned product" types to other customers. Thus following product types, but not limited to, are exempt from being returned, thus no refund will be processed as such. For example products such as

1. Underclothes, Underclothing, Underwear, Undies etc

2. Innerwear products like Undergarments bras and panties, knickers, briefs, boxer briefs, boxer shorts, sleeveless shirts (also called singlets or tank tops),  bikini, bikini underwear, thongs, G-strings, nightwear, sleepwear, swimwear, swimsuits, socks, stockings, leggings etc

3. Intimate apparel products such as lingerie, gown, night-robe, nightdress, nightgown, nightie, undies etc

4. Play products such as personal toys, sex toys, sex products etc

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Take note Trendy Smilez Online Store Check out currency is Singapore Dollars (SGD) and all approved refunds will be processed in same currency.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds are not applicable for Free shipping items, promotional items, on sale items, special sales & deal today sale items. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account or bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, special discounted, promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@trendysmilez.com and send your item to: 3 Sin Ming Walk #14-26 Singapore  SG 575575.

Gifts (Not Applicable as we are not selling Gift Cards/Certificates at present)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Customer, buyers should ship the return products via a shipping company or courier company that has online shipment tracking and tracking links. All shipment charges for returns are to be paid by customers, buyers.

To return your product, you should send  your product to: our suppliers address that will be provided to you when you notify to us your decision to return. Incase we do not notify then you may send the item to 3 Sin Ming Walk #14-26 Singapore  SG 575575 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs or courier charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for return products, the cost of shipping costs and other administrative costs for processing the order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please note

1. All pictures are for illustration only and actual items received may be different in colour and appearance for reasons such as camera type, professional photography and light intensity etc.

2.Cancellation of order, return of items for refund or replacing with new items are NOT accepted by seller.

3.Damage to items during shipment:

a) Buyer/Customer will send pictures of damaged items to Seller explaining the details within 24 hours from receiving the items.

b) Seller will write remark on delivery documents while receiving the item parcel.

c) Buyer/Customer will ship the items to buyer or shipping company address specified by buyer.

d) All returns and replacements are subject to review and approval by Seller. For approved returns, Trendy Smilez will deduct 50% of purchase price towards shipping costs, bank charges, payment gateway charges, administrative costs etc for processing orders will be deducted from the return products order value, in addition to any other deductions as applicable (example: product returned by customer is not in same condition as it was sent). After customer agree to final net refund amount processing time is 6 to 8 weeks for refunds on returns. 

e) All shipping costs to return the damaged items are by buyer/customer

f) All shipping costs for partial or full replacement of new items shall be paid buyers/customers before new items are shipped by seller

4.For International orders, buyers/customers are responsible for any import license, customs duty, customs clearance, customs tax/local taxes, VAT etc in their country.

5. We strongly recommend customers, buyers, users of trendysmilez.com store site to seek written clarifications from Trendy Smilez (support email: support@trendysmilez.com) in case of any questions, amiguity or clarification needed prior to purchase. This is important for buyers to make an informed decision prior to purchase.
